We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bath and Kitchen Designer to join our creative team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for bath and kitchen renovations
• Develop detailed design concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual presentations
• Prepare precise construction documents, including drafting plans, elevations, sections, and specifications using CAD and Bluebeam
• Select appropriate materials, fixtures, lighting solutions, and color schemes based on color theory principles and current design trends
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial concept through installation, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs within budget and schedule constraints
• Conduct site visits during renovation or remodeling phases to oversee progress, verify specifications, and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design with a focus on bathroom and kitchen spaces; portfolio demonstrating relevant work is highly preferred
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and rendering purposes
• Strong understanding of lighting design principles and lighting sales strategies for residential projects
• Knowledge of construction processes, remodeling procedures, contracts management, budgeting practices, and project management tools
• Familiarity with CAD drafting standards and technical documentation for renovation projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail combined with an understanding of color theory and interior design aesthetics

Pay: $52,910.70 - $63,720.42 per year
