We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer and Sales Specialist with a strong background in 20-20 software to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-end kitchen design solutions, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through expert consultation and innovative design. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design, and a proven track record in retail and high-end sales environments. Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse clientele effectively. We do base pay plus commission/bonus with no ceilings on earnings

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen renovations and remodeling projects.
• Utilize 20-20 Design software, and lighting design tools to create detailed layout plans and visual presentations.
• Conduct inside and outside sales activities, including product demos, upselling, and account management to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and POS transactions while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, and timelines to close sales effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with construction, renovation, and maintenance teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen design combined with extensive sales experience in retail or high-end markets.
• Proficiency in 20-20 Design software is required.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, inside sales, upselling, and negotiation within renovation or construction industries.
• Strong background in interior design, layout planning, lighting design, remodeling, and maintenance services.
• Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer bases.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage client accounts from initial consultation through project completion. Pay: $49,553.36 - $104,757.50 per year
