Do you love the thrill of closing a deal? Are you driven by results and motivated by money? We’re looking for a Sales Designer in our San Rafael showroom who is equal parts closer and creative — someone who can turn client needs into beautiful kitchen and bath designs, while sealing the deal with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Close sales – qualify, educate, and guide clients to a confident “yes”
• Use a mix of internal and outsourced services to create designs that excite clients
• Deliver a high-quality client experience from consultation to close
• Work independently with minimal direction, while collaborating with our team to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Selling the value of Design+Build (handyman, cabinet install, and overall general contractor experience.)
• Apply your knowledge of kitchen design, layouts, and construction to support successful projects

What We’re Looking For

• A results-driven closer with proven sales experience
• Someone who thrives in a high-earning, commission-driven environment
• Background in kitchen & bath design (or related planning/coordination experience)
• A self-starter who knows how to manage client relationships and deliver results

Pay: $60,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
