Your Role
As an In-Home Designer, you’ll:

• Visit clients in their homes to design dream bath and shower solutions.
• Leverage our top-quality products to create customized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering guidance and expertise.
• Close sales and contribute to our growth and your success.

• Passion for design and helping clients realize their vision.
• Motivated self-starters who thrive in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A background in sales, design, or remodeling is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
