Bath Installation Manager

Bath Experts, the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodeler in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Manager to oversee our bath installation operations. The Installation Manager will oversee our bath installation operations. This includes managing install teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintaining quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency.

About the Role:

The Installation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the installation team, ensuring timely, high-quality installations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong customer service skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and driving performance results.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily installation operations to ensure all objectives are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to installation crews, including on-site support when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service and installation quality
• Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the operations team, fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with office and corporate teams including operations, sales, customer service, etc.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and legal compliance
• Manage inventory including analysis, material purchasing, and effective utilization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns/issues related to installation
• Communicate customer feedback and implement solutions to resolve problems and complaints
• Train, coach, and develop installers, both in the office and in the field

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in operations, home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management
• Knowledge of technical aspects of home construction, residential remodeling, bath remodeling, and/or residential installation management
• Proven customer resolution skills and the ability to provide excellent service
• Strong conflict resolution skills with tact and diplomacy under demanding conditions
• Possess leadership skills including time management and ability to delegate tasks
• Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of operations
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and shift focus from one task to another to meet company demands
• Skilled at teaching and developing team members through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
