<Duties>

• Engage with customers to understand their renovation goals, offering tailored product recommendations and design solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations of fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and accessories to showcase features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, upsell complementary products, and close sales effectively to meet store targets.
• Provide expert customer service by answering inquiries about product features, maintenance tips, and installation options.
• Collaborate with the remodeling and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

<Skills>

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product selling within the renovation or construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell and increase average transaction value.
• Solid understanding of remodeling processes, interior design principles, and maintenance requirements for bath and kitchen products.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with team members across departments.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
