Bath Project Manager & Measure Technician

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bath Project Manager & Measure Technician to support our bath operations through a hybrid role that combines accurate field measurement with full project oversight. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently work in customers’ homes, set clear expectations, and manage bath projects from planning through completion—while maintaining exceptional documentation and a concierge-level customer experience.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring every bath project is properly scoped, executed with quality, and closed out smoothly for both the homeowner and the internal team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Measurement Responsibilities

• Accurate Measuring: Read and use a tape measure precisely for all bath product measurements

• Contract Review: Review and interpret customer contracts and understand all bath product offerings

• Standards Compliance: Measure products according to installation requirements and company standards

• Customer Education: Explain installation processes, scope, and outcomes clearly to homeowners

• Daily Reporting: Complete and submit daily measurement reports accurately and on time

• Professionalism: Maintain a customer-focused attitude and professional presentation at all times

• Vehicle Care: Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and schedule maintenance (company covers service costs)

Customer Communication & Experience

• Expectation Setting: Meet homeowners and establish clear expectations for scope, timeline, and install details

• Project Updates: Communicate project status, estimated timeframes, and expected completion dates

• Post-Install Walkthroughs: Perform final walkthroughs to confirm satisfaction and close out properly

• Concierge Mindset: View every project from the homeowner’s perspective to deliver a high-level experience

Field Oversight & Quality Control

• Daily Site Visits: Conduct routine visits and inspections on active bath projects

• Quality Checks: Perform jobsite quality checks and provide installation guidance as needed

• Punch Lists & Services: Track and ensure completion of punch lists and service items

• Field Change Orders: Execute field change orders and deliver materials when required

• Crew Standards: Ensure crews follow Lifetime standards and bath installation best practices

Operational & Administrative Duties

• Payment Coordination: Coordinate with accounting on payment status and documentation

• Payment Collection: Collect homeowner payments (check, credit card, or financing)

• Leadership Sync: Work daily with leadership to review progress and close-outs

• CRM Documentation: Upload install completion packets into i360, create service tickets/tasks as needed

• Document Control: Update/upload all required documents (measurements, orders, completion forms, receipts, tasks, etc.)

• Sales Collaboration: Communicate with sales consultants on project needs, discrepancies, and scope clarifications

What You Need

• Experience: 1–2 years in construction, bath remodeling, measuring, or project management

• Measurement Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Detail & Technical Ability: Strong attention to detail and ability to understand technical install requirements

• Contract & Spec Understanding: Ability to interpret contracts, product specs, and bath installation standards

• Customer Service: Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach

• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, organized, and consistent with follow-through

• Driving Requirements: Clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Work performed in the field and in customers’ homes

• Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for 4–6 hours per day

• Ability to perform job site inspections and measurements in varying conditions
