Job Description – Bathroom Designer (Tile Industry Preferred)

Qualification: B-Arch/ Diploma in Interior or Architect

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in tile & sanitaryware industry)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and create functional & aesthetic bathroom layouts.
• Prepare 2D/3D bathroom designs, renderings, and mood boards.
• Suggest tile combinations, sanitaryware, fittings, and layout options as per client budget.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer presentations and design discussions.
• Ensure accuracy in tile quantity, size, layout patterns, and technical feasibility.
• Guide clients on product selection—tiles, bath fittings, accessories, counters, etc.
• Work closely with vendors, installers, and site teams for design clarification.
• Maintain updated knowledge of tile trends, materials, and bathroom design concepts.
• Prepare BOQs, elevations, tile placement drawings, and installation guidelines.

Skills Required

• Strong sense of aesthetics, design styles, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of tiles, grout, laying patterns, and bathroom fittings.
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
