Responsibilities

As our Bathroom Remodeling Design Sales Consultant, you will:

Guide clients through bathroom renovation selections including tile, countertops, vanities, shower systems, flooring, and fixtures

Help clients visualize and create functional, beautiful bathroom spaces

Prepare proposals, estimates, and renovation recommendations

Manage leads, maintain follow-up communication, and close sales

Coordinate with project management, fabrication, installation, and remodeling teams

Assist clients throughout the renovation process to ensure an exceptional experience

Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements

Experience in bathroom remodeling, interior design, home renovation, or showroom sales required

Knowledge of bathroom layouts, remodeling materials, fixtures, tile applications, and renovation processes preferred

Strong communication and professional presentation skills

Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented

Experience with customer consultations and residential remodeling sales is a strong plus

Knowledge of stone surfaces is a plus (training available)

Must genuinely enjoy helping clients make beautiful and functional decisions for their homes
