Job Summary

The Battery Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating battery service operations, managing customer service requests, scheduling field and workshop activities, and ensuring smooth execution of installation, maintenance, and replacement services. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate battery service requests, installations, replacements, and maintenance jobs
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, technicians, and service teams
  • Schedule and assign service tasks to field technicians efficiently
  • Track service orders from initiation to completion
  • Maintain accurate records of service reports, warranties, and customer details
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer service issues
  • Assist in diagnosing basic battery-related issues and service requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels of batteries and service-related materials
  • Prepare service reports and performance updates for management
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion

Requirements

  • Previous experience in service coordination, automotive, or technical support roles preferred
  • Basic understanding of batteries, power systems, or automotive electrical systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage field service schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automotive service centers or energy/power industry
  • Knowledge of customer service management systems or ERP tools
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to coordinate between technical teams and customers effectively
  • Attention to detail and service quality focus
