Wesbury is hiring a Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight leadership and high-quality care to our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise nursing staff
• Direct resident care and respond to changes, emergencies, and falls
• Coordinate physician orders, labs, IVs, and care plans
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams
• Monitor staffing, audits, and daily reports

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license + CPR
• Long-term care or hospital experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Compassion for working with seniors
