RN Baylor Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents during weekend operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader looking for a rewarding role with a condensed weekend schedule and enhanced compensation.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the weekend shift.
Complete resident care requirements by scheduling, assigning, and directing nursing personnel.
Foster a compassionate environment by providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
Respond promptly to resident, family, and staff questions and concerns.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and nursing standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Protect resident confidentiality and oversee proper documentation practices.
Monitor clinical outcomes and address changes in resident conditions.
Promote teamwork and maintain positive working relationships among all healthcare disciplines.
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nurses, CNAs, and ancillary staff.
Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Positive, team-oriented leadership style.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
