This role is ideal for BBA freshers who want to build a career in Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be trained to understand pharma B2B services, manage clients, and contribute to business development through lead generation, client handling, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support in client acquisition and business development activities.
- Assist the team in generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Present company services to prospective clients with guidance from seniors.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Digital Marketing, Design) for smooth project delivery.
- Help in organizing marketing campaigns, promotions, and client meetings.
- Learn negotiation skills and contribute to closing deals under supervision.
- Ensure client satisfaction and assist in after-sales support.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).
- Preferred: Candidates interested in pharma marketing or digital marketing.
