Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executives (MBA/BBA) to join our team. The role combines digital marketing with field marketing activities to promote our brand, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Conduct field marketing activities such as client visits, product demos, and on-ground promotions.
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and competitor insights.
• Manage social media, SEO, and content campaigns for brand visibility.
• Support sales teams with lead generation & promotional events.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• MBA/BBA in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally for field marketing assignments.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is a plus).
