Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and IEP in collaboration with clients and teams.

The role also involves providing supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and conducting evaluations and reports, conducting therapist and parent training sessions to ensure treatment effectiveness. Additionally, the BCBA will offer guidance to staff working on intervention strategies and client progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Certification is required
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of clients
• Knowledge in Behavior Management strategies
• Experience in delivering training sessions to staff and caregivers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and team
