Higher Echelon Bx is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This part-time position (20–25 hours per week) offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with families, clinicians, and educators to deliver high-quality ABA services throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Position Description
As a BCBA with Higher Echelon Bx, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to a small caseload of clients, guide behavior technicians through effective skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and collaborate closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary providers.
This position requires flexibility to travel within Broward and Miami-Dade, strong documentation skills, and the ability to balance clinical excellence with compassionate, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee direct therapy implementation by RBTs, providing supervision, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate parent coaching and caregiver training sessions.
- Maintain detailed session documentation, progress summaries, and data analysis in accordance with company and payer standards.
- Collaborate with educators, allied health professionals, and medical providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and all company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Broward and Miami-Dade.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in behavior therapy, particularly with children or individuals with autism.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other practitioners and clinicians.
- Prior experience in multidisciplinary settings (e.g., clinics, schools, or community programs).
- Knowledge of compassionate behavior analytic approaches that prioritize dignity and rapport.
- Proficiency in data collection methods, patient assessment techniques, and medical documentation processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and secure management of medical records.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with families, educators, and allied professionals.
