We operate 5 locations across New Jersey, including 3 licensed childcare centers and our specialized Early Autism Therapeutic Learning Zone Clinic for 0-3 babies and toddlers. We love creating places where all children learn & grow together! We also provide Approved Clinic & Agency outreach services through our Partners Plus Division to Public School settings. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conducting initial and on-going assessments (initials, FBA, ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, AFLLS, etc)
  • Developing treatment plans and new programs
  • Training parents, teachers, and direct therapists
  • Monitoring progress, creating individualized data collection systems
  • Attending IEP or Team meetings
  • Writing progress reports and clinical authorizations for insurance
  • Collaborating with other providers to ensure consistency
  • Assisting with research development and presentations (depending on experience)
  • Collaborating with our team of BCBAs and Educators for inclusive best practices

Required education or certification:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Masters or above in ABA or related field

Other Requirements:

  • ABA/Autism/Early Childhood and/or School-based case management
  • Energetic, creative, and collaborative work style

  • Pass Criminal History background checks per DCF requirement

Working Environment/Physical Demands:

Sitting, walking, standing, occasional running, some lifting, good fine and gross motor coordination when guiding students, ability to supervise play and exercise routines, vision and hearing and receptive and expressive language abilities as suited to instructional and behavioral needs of one's students.

  • Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year/Starting salaries are dependent on experience, credentials, and caseload.

  • Signing bonus up to $2000 (dependent on experience)
