What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations & functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Create individualized ABA treatment & skill plans
• Provide services across home, school, and community settings
• Supervise and support RBTs/ABA Technicians
• Coach parents & caregivers using evidence-based practices
• Collect, analyze, and graph data to track progress
• Use tools like VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3

Who We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA & MD LBA certification (required)
• Experience with children/young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community visits
• Passion for helping families succeed
