What You’ll Do on the Job:
- Design and oversee individualized ABA programs using developmental and naturalistic approaches (project-based activities, art, music, sensory play, pretend play, games, cooking, gardening, etc.).
- Guide families with compassionate parent training focused on regulation, communication, social skills, and limit-setting.
- Mentor and supervise RBTs, fostering skill growth and supporting naturalistic teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and receive direct mentorship from our Executive Director.
- Collect and analyze data to refine programs and celebrate client progress.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including trauma-informed care and PDA support; TAG covers registration for CAL ABA trainings and other opportunities.

What We’re Looking For :
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- 1+ years working with children with autism (preferably using naturalistic teaching approaches).
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong developmental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
- BONUS if Already credentialed with: Aetna, Cigna, Magellan, Anthem, Optum, or Health Net.
- Preferred: NDBI or ESDM training
- Bonus: experience with program development including procuring funding (e.g., Early Intervention programs)
