Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year + Bonus Potential

Creative Steps Therapy is hiring a BCBA Clinical Director to join our leadership team during an exciting phase of growth. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in guiding others, strengthening systems, and collaborating directly with leadership to support a high-quality, values-driven ABA program.

As Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical quality, support and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and help shape the operational and clinical direction of Creative Steps Therapy. What You’ll Do

• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs
• Lead treatment planning and ensure clinical quality across assigned cases
• Support RBT training and clinical onboarding
• Partner with leadership on systems development and clinical initiatives
• Participate in community outreach and relationship-building with CST partners
• Contribute to a positive, grounded, and creative team environment

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• 2+ years of mentorship or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a relational approach to care
• Experience in home, school, or community settings (preferred)
• Curiosity, creativity, and excitement for building within a growing program
• Bilingual English/Spanish big plus!
