POSITION SUMMARY (Clinical Director)
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and ensuring the quality of ABA services provided within the Creekside Autism centers. This individual will ensure that BCBAs complete treatment plans effectively, manage authorizations efficiently, and provide clinical oversight to all aspects of the ABA program. The Clinical Director will also play a key role in hiring and approving RBTs, conducting initial assessments, and providing support to families. Clinical Directors are also responsible for regularly scheduled training for all clinical staff. A successful candidate will be known for their ability to build strong relationships, maintain organization, demonstrate humility, show compassion, and exhibit a growth mindset.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and oversight to the clinical team
- Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and training as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current on best practices in behavioral therapy and special education
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with special education principles and practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience in behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Ability to accurately maintain medical records and documentation
- Competence in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and staff members
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
