BC/BE Otolaryngologist – Private Practice Opportunity
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Compensation: Documented Earnings $1,000,000+

Position Overview
A well-established private ENT practice in Las Vegas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join its expanding team. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, full autonomy, and access to a high-volume surgical caseload. Whether your interests lie in advanced otologic surgery or general ENT, you’ll have the infrastructure and support to shape your ideal practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ENT care, including diagnosis and surgical treatment of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
- Perform high-volume procedures with emphasis on otology, neurotology, and skull base surgery (if fellowship-trained or experienced)
- Build and manage a robust patient panel—demand is high due to reduced hours of senior surgeons
- Participate in a light call rotation (1 week out of every 7), covering only practice patients; ER call is optional and compensated
- Collaborate with audiologists, allergy specialists, and imaging staff to provide multidisciplinary care
- Customize your scope of practice—whether focused on advanced surgery, allergy, or general ENT
- Leverage in-house ancillary services (audiology, allergy, CT scanning, hearing aids) to enhance care and revenue
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold ethical, regulatory, and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with referring providers and the local medical community
- Optionally engage in mentorship, teaching, or professional development activities
Qualifications
Required:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABOHNS)
- Eligible for unrestricted Nevada medical license
- Strong surgical and clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
Preferred:
- Fellowship training in otology, neurotology, or skull base surgery
- Interest in long-term practice growth and succession planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in ancillary revenue streams
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
