BD Executive - For Gulf Market

Lahore, Pakistan

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: NFC, Society, Lahore.
Experience Required: 2+ years in business development or lead generation

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team during the morning shift. Your main job will be to find new business leads and help grow our sales pipeline by reaching out to potential clients through various platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Find and connect with potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Search Google and other sources to research prospects
  • Use Apollo.io to manage and track leads
  • Collect contact information from Yellow Pages and other directories
  • Make daily cold calls to potential customers
  • Send email campaigns to engage and follow up with leads
  • Reach out via social media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Keep all leads and communication updated in our CRM system
  • Set up meetings for the senior sales team
  • Follow up regularly with interested prospects
  • Track your progress daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Work closely with the marketing team on outreach campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation or business development
  • Good knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRMs
  • Confident with cold calling and writing professional emails
  • Familiar with email tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Driven by targets and able to work independently
  • Well-organized and good at managing time
  • Comfortable working the morning shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
