Techifort Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated BD Intern / Junior to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in Business Development, Lead Generation, and International Sales within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Upwork, Fiverr, Freelance bidding, and create winning proposals.
- Perform LinkedIn Lead Generation—searching, identifying, and reaching out to potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with international clients through chat, email, and calls.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and daily activities.
- Work closely with the BD team to achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge or experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms.
- Passion for growth, professionalism, and achieving sales targets.
- Must be motivated, active, and able to work independently at night.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related).
