Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager with expertise in the medical billing industry to join our team on-site in Lahore. This role involves driving sales, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and crafting strategic sales plans. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet revenue targets, deliver excellent client services, and ensure growth through effective sales management strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and client acquisition within the medical billing and RCM sector
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to develop long-lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Experience in account management and customer retention strategies
• Knowledge of medical billing processes, including claims submission, reimbursement protocols, and RCM optimization
• Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore and travel as required
