About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven BD Sales to represent BigBull Digital in the field. You will be responsible for meeting clients in person, presenting our services, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence in outdoor/client-facing sales, and a passion for growing business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing clients to present BigBull Digital services
- Generate leads, identify opportunities, and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Report daily/weekly sales activity and progress to management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in outdoor/client-facing meetings
- Ability to generate and follow up on leads independently
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Nice to Have:
- Experience in digital agency or IT services sales
- Understanding of digital marketing and web development solutions
- Existing local business network
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
