Purpose of Role/Summary:

BDM Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team within our company. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, enhancing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to sales.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a BDM Team Leader leveraging expertise to cultivate and work with personal sales portfolios
  • Lead and mentor a team of BDM's providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the team to achieve sales targets, forecast expected sales and profits for existing and new products
  • Provide hands on guidance and practical advice to the team to enhance their performance and drive results
  • Recruit, train, and develop the relationship management team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.
  • Collaborate closely with the other departments to devise effective strategies, offerings, procedures and promotions
  • Innovate and explore new business development strategies, translating them into profitable ventures
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between sales and other departments, ensuring a consistent closed loop for lead and opportunity management
  • Monitor and analyze lead and pipeline data to validate quality and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a Sales/BD team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and writing)

  • Working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
