Job description
The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or an early-career professional (up to 3 months of experience) from a Computer Science or Business background, eager to pursue a career in Business Development. The role focuses on LinkedIn outreach as a core expertise while providing exposure to other professional platforms. Full training will be provided, and high-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into permanent Business Developer positions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Well-found, and others.
- Research target markets, industries, and decision-makers to create prospect lists.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
- Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and follow-up messages for prospective clients.
- Track and report progress on outreach and lead generation activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- 0- 3 months of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and a keen interest in professional networking.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

- CRM tools (HubSpot, Trello, Apollo – nice to have)
- Proposal writing and client communication
- Basic understanding of IT staffing models (preferred)
