We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
