BDA - Business Development Assistant (Female only)

We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team and help drive sales and growth initiatives.

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying opportunities, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and conducting market research. This position is ideal for someone motivated to develop a career in sales, marketing, and business strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support daily sales activities
• Help discover and develop new business opportunities
• Assist in creating quotations, proposals, and client presentations
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM entries
• Research market trends and analyze competitors
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and other client interactions
• Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns when needed
• Track and report on sales performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and able to manage time effectively
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the Qatar market is advantageous
• Hardworking, motivated, and committed to delivering results
