Lead Generation & Outreach
- Cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn or CRM tools to generate leads
- Building and maintaining a strong sales funnel
- Following up on inbound queries and converting them into sales
Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Understanding the company’s educational offerings (e.g., coding, finance, communication skills)
- Explaining product benefits clearly to prospective customers
- Customizing pitches based on learner profiles and needs
Relationship Management
- Building rapport with parents, students, and decision-makers
- Handling objections and providing solutions
- Ensuring high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle
Reporting & Coordination
- Updating CRM systems with lead status and call outcomes
- Collaborating with marketing and academic teams for feedback loops
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
Shift-Specific Duties
- Working during US or global time zones
- Managing fatigue and maintaining productivity during off-hours
- Ensuring timely follow-ups across different time zones
