BDA - Night Shift

India

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn or CRM tools to generate leads
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales funnel
  • Following up on inbound queries and converting them into sales

Product Knowledge & Consultation

  • Understanding the company’s educational offerings (e.g., coding, finance, communication skills)
  • Explaining product benefits clearly to prospective customers
  • Customizing pitches based on learner profiles and needs

Relationship Management

  • Building rapport with parents, students, and decision-makers
  • Handling objections and providing solutions
  • Ensuring high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Reporting & Coordination

  • Updating CRM systems with lead status and call outcomes
  • Collaborating with marketing and academic teams for feedback loops
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs

Shift-Specific Duties

  • Working during US or global time zones
  • Managing fatigue and maintaining productivity during off-hours
  • Ensuring timely follow-ups across different time zones

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹361,610.58 - ₹600,000.00 per year
