BDC Rep/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Answer phones, manage emails, and handle correspondence to ensure timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff. Answering sales calls, setting appointments, customer follow up. Helping internet contacts with the selection and sale of new and pre-owned vehicles while providing a wonderful customer experience and other duties to be assigned.

Document Management: Process, maintain, and organize paperwork related to vehicle sales, including titles, registration documents, and service records. Ensure all documents are filed accurately and securely with the State of WI.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of new inventory, including updating creating proper key tags, stickers, and folders.

Data Entry: Input and update customer information, vehicle details, and sales data in dealership management systems accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or automotive management is a plus.

Previous experience in an administrative role within a dealership or automotive environment preferred.

Familiarity with Dealership Management Software (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, particularly in handling sensitive customer information and paperwork.

Training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
