Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDC Representative to join our growing dealership. This role is essential for managing leads, setting quality appointments, and driving showroom traffic.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers using CRM (calls, SMS, emails)
- Qualify leads and collect basic customer information
- Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous BDC or call center experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
- Comfortable with high call/text volume
- Experience with CRM systems (DealerCenter, VinSolutions, etc. is a plus)
- Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Reliable and punctual
