Job Title: BDC Sales Agent / Appointment Setter
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (In‑Person)
Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Saturday, rotating day off
Compensation: Hourly + bonus (On‑Target Earnings: $40,000–$60,000+ per year)

What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, and messages from interested buyers.
  • Use provided scripts to qualify prospects and set firm appointments for the sales team.
  • Make outbound follow‑up calls / texts to old leads, missed appointments, and past customers.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule no‑shows to keep the calendar full.
  • Log every contact and update customer records in the CRM.
  • Hit daily / weekly targets for calls, contacts, appointments set, and shows.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in call center, BDC, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Strong phone voice and written communication (text / email).
  • Comfortable with basic computer work and CRM systems.
  • Reliable, on time, and able to work Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license.
