Location: Virginia Beach, VA (In‑Person)
Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Saturday, rotating day off
Compensation: Hourly + bonus (On‑Target Earnings: $40,000–$60,000+ per year)

What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, and messages from interested buyers.
- Use provided scripts to qualify prospects and set firm appointments for the sales team.
- Make outbound follow‑up calls / texts to old leads, missed appointments, and past customers.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule no‑shows to keep the calendar full.
- Log every contact and update customer records in the CRM.
- Hit daily / weekly targets for calls, contacts, appointments set, and shows.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license.
