BDC Sales/ Service Representative

As a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales or Service Representative you'll be responsible for handling all inbound/ outbound calls and internet leads to set sales and service appointments. You'll act as the "engine" of the showroom by managing customer relationships, updating CRM tools, and converting inquiries into showroom visits.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales.
• Answer questions regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and features.
• Maintain minimum weekly, monthly, productivity and sales goals.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
