BDE (Business Development Executive)

Hello All,

We are hiring BusinessDevelopmentExecutive (Bim Service) for Kolkata Office Salt Lake sector 5.

Experience:- 2 yrs+

Key Responsibilities:-Identify potential clients and generate new business leads for BIM services.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.Understand customer requirements and present customized BIM service solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools or reports.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: 1–3 years in business development / sales (preferably in BIM, CAD, or services).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented and self-driven with the ability to work independently.Knowledge of BIM, CAD software, or engineering consultancy services will be an added advantage.
