Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Alpha, Plot No.- I-52, IT City, Sector 83 , Mohali.
Experience Required: 1–2 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help drive company sales, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

· Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

· Participate in business meetings, client pitches, and promotional events.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

· Good understanding of sales processes and client management.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
