We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can support revenue growth through lead generation, client communication, and deal execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling prospects, preparing proposals, and working closely with senior leadership to close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls with potential clients to understand requirements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations as per client needs.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and support the negotiation and closure process.
  • Execute outbound business development activities (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails).
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of closed deals.
  • Prepare basic weekly/monthly sales reports (leads, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle client conversations confidently
  • Basic understanding of proposal creation and pricing discussions
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
  • Experience in branding, advertising, creative, or digital agency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
