Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) to join PhonePe. The role involves merchant onboarding, field visits, and promoting PhonePe payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit shops and small businesses daily for merchant onboarding

Explain PhonePe QR/Swipe Machine and its benefits

Acquire new merchants and complete documentation

Ensure daily/weekly targets are met

Maintain good relationship with merchants

Record daily sales activities and submit reports to the manager

Requirements

12th / Any Degree

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Two-wheeler preferred (TA provided)

Good communication and convincing skills

Willing to work in field sales

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month

Monthly incentives based on performance

Travel allowance (TA)

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

6 days working (Sunday holiday)
