- 6months–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, B2B Calling, consultative sales ,Corporate Calling, or Insurance Sales
- Experience speaking with company owners, directors, HR heads, plant managers, etc., is a strong plus
- Experience selling to construction or manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduation ; MBA preferred but not mandatory. MIN 12th Passed.
- 6months–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / B2B Sales / Insurance Tele-sales / Corporate Calling / SaaS Inside Sales.
- Good communication, telephone etiquette, and persuasive pitching abilities.
- Ability to speak confidently with top-level executives and owners of companies.
- Understanding of construction/manufacturing environments (preferred, not mandatory).

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating business opportunities, contacting potential clients, presenting solutions, and converting leads into sales.
The role focuses on creating growth for the company.

Skills Required
You are suitable if you have:
- Excellent communication & phone pitching skills

- Strong persuasion, objection handling & closing abilities
- Basic understanding of MS Office, emails, and CRM usage

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality outbound calls to company owners, directors, HR heads, and decision-makers in construction and manufacturing units.
- Pitch ABSLI’s Group Insurance products (GTL, GPA, GLI, Group Health, Workmen Solutions) tailored for industrial and construction workforce.
- Build strong telephonic relationships with promoters and senior leadership teams.
- Identify potential corporate clients through research, databases, LinkedIn, and industry lists.
- Schedule virtual meetings and product demos with prospects.
- Prepare digital proposals, handle objections, and convert inquiries into closures over calls/video calls.
- Maintain accurate records of lead progression and conversions in CRM.
- Follow up rigorously to ensure closures within sales cycle timelines.
- Meet monthly inside-sales targets (leads, meetings, conversions, revenue).
