Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can handle both Business Development and Recruitment responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be able to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and fulfill recruitment needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business leads in recruitment or staffing domain.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and close deals.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
Recruitment:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate and client database.
- Ensure successful closures within deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment process.
- Client handling and relationship management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
