About the Role:

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates or students in their 5th–7th semester to join our team as Business Development Executive Interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, client communication, and lead generation, while building a strong foundation for a full-time career.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for potential clients
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media
• Maintain a database of leads and track progress in CRM
• Support the business development team in day-to-day operations
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
• Learn and apply sales and negotiation techniques

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or students in 5th–7th semester from any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
