Results-driven Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and securing projects through Upwork and other freelance platforms. Skilled in writing customized proposals, communicating with international clients, understanding project requirements and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and freelance platforms

Write persuasive and customized proposals based on client requirements

Communicate with clients professionally through chat and meetings

Understand technical project requirements and coordinate with the development team

Generate leads for Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, SaaS and UI/UX projects

Maintain client relationships for repeat business and long-term collaboration

Handle follow-ups, negotiations and project discussions

Maintain bidding records, lead pipelines and conversion reports

Collaborate with project managers and developers for accurate estimations
Skills & Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation

Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, SaaS or IT services

Ability to understand client requirements and prepare effective proposals

Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
