Qualification : Any Female Graduate

Experience : with 6 + years in College Admissions in BBA/BCA/MBA courses only Preferable. Good Selling Skills.Languages Known Kannada, English, Hindi south langs.

Soft Skills: Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, Commited, Taking Ownership, Can Do Attitude, Follow up with students/parents, Good Selling Skills, Good Convincing Skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counselling, Inside Sales, Out Reach Sales
• Monthly Admissions Targets Acheivement
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve student admission targets for all UG and PG courses.
• Conduct market research to identify potential students and markets for our programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance Vogue Business School’s visibility and reach.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional events.
• Engage with prospective students and parents through various channels (phone, email, social media) to provide information and guidance on our courses.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective students, parents, and academic partners.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials to attract potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and ensure follow-up activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the admissions process and improve conversion rates.
• Provide insights and feedback to the senior management on market trends, competition, and areas for improvement. Etc.,
