About the Role

We are looking for high-performing Business Development Managers with strong experience in ATL, BTL, Media Sales & Brand Activations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing business, pitching 360° advertising solutions, and closing high-value revenue targets (₹60L–₹1Cr per month) across multiple categories.

This is an individual revenue-generating role requiring strong market understanding, client acquisition, and deal closure capability.

Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, retail, political, BFSI, FMCG, government & agency segments.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Bring ATL, BTL, OOH, Digital & experiential project opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Targets

  • Drive monthly revenue of ₹60 Lakhs – ₹1 Crore.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals independently.

Media & Campaign Pitching

  • Pitch complete 360° advertising solutions:
  • ATL: TV, Radio, Print, Cinema, Mass OOH/Hoardings
  • BTL: Events, Roadshows, Activations, Mall Promotions, Exhibitions
  • Transit: Bus Wraps, Metro Panels, Airport Media, LED Vans

Digital & Political Campaigns

  • Prepare proposals, media plans, presentations & costing.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relations with key decision-makers.
  • Upsell/cross-sell services across multiple categories.
  • Handle client queries with quick turnarounds.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, category trends & pricing.
  • Suggest new opportunities and growth strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years experience in ATL/BTL/OOH/Media/Advertising sales.
  • Strong network with corporate clients & agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & proactive performer.
  • Ability to handle multiple categories and high-pressure targets.
  • Experience in event sales, media buying, or brand activations preferred.
