We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in software services, SaaS, and PaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT/software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in web and app development.
- Leverage networks and industry contacts to generate leads and expand client base.
- Manage the full sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Track and report business development activities and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT/software sales, SaaS, or PaaS.
- Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent client network in the technology domain.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Prior software/SaaS/PaaS business development experience is a must.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
