BDM (In House-Electrical Maintenance Background must)

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the electrical maintenance portfolio
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in electrical projects and maintenance contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
• Coordinate with the maintenance and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and service reports
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Support billing, payment follow-ups, and commercial documentation
• Provide technical guidance related to electrical systems, panels, transformers, DG sets, and allied equipment
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
