BDM – IT & Digital Marketing Sales

Shift: Night Shift (8pm to 5 am )

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT and Digital Marketing sales. The role focuses on lead conversion and deal closure for services such as SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven closing skills and a consistent sales performance record.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads

Convert qualified leads into paying clients

Pitch IT and Digital Marketing services to international clients

Prepare proposals and close deals independently

Maintain client relationships and follow up on opportunities

Coordinate with internal delivery teams after closure

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales

Proven track record in lead conversion and deal closing

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience selling SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services

Comfortable working night shift

Ability to work onsite from Mohali office

Preferred Skills:

Excellent English communication

Strong presentation and objection-handling skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
