BDM - IT Infrastructure Sales (End-Customer / B2C)
Experience: 2-6 years in IT hardware/infrastructure sales
Job Summary
The key accounts manager will handle direct sales to end customers, focusing
on IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, and related IT
solutions. The role involves managing key customer relationships, driving
repeat business, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through consultative
selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Customer Sales
- Manage direct relationships with end customers (SMEs, corporates, institutions)
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure solutions
- Drive new customer acquisition and repeat business
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers
- Ensure timely closure of deals and collections
Product & Solution Selling
- Sell IT products, including:
o Laptops, Desktops, All-in-Ones
o Servers and basic storage solutions
o Peripherals, accessories, warranty & AMC
- Explain product features, benefits, and configurations to customers
- Coordinate with technical teams for demos and solution validation
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and users
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers
- Address customer concerns and coordinate post-sales support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Internal Coordination
- Work with procurement, logistics, and service teams for smooth order execution
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for pricing and availability
- Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in direct / B2C IT sales
- Good understanding of IT hardware and infrastructure products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
