About Us:

Sky View Real Estate is a leading real estate company in Dubai, specializing in sales, leasing, and property management across both primary and secondary markets. As we expand our property management portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to focus exclusively on the Secondary Market.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager – Property Management with a strong background in leasing and rentals in the secondary real estate market. This is a field-based role requiring you to build strategic partnerships with developers, real estate brokers, and relationship managers across various locations in Dubai.

You will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, signing up new landlords for property management services, and driving revenue growth through strong market relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new property management clients within the secondary market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, relationship managers, and real estate agents.
• Conduct on-site visits to various locations to network, pitch services, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure seamless onboarding and property handover for management.
• Drive business development strategies to increase managed property portfolio.
• Stay updated on secondary market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Represent Sky View Real Estate in a professional manner at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the secondary market is essential.
• Proven track record in leasing and rental transactions.
• Existing network of developers and agents in the Dubai real estate sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently on-site.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
